  • Eat little, mostly plants, and fast often.

 

  • Exercise regularly.

 

  • Detoxify the body.

 

  • Quit smoking, alcohol.

 

  • Quit commercial starches, milk, grains, flour and sweets.

 

  • Cut down on stress, worry, anger.

 

  • Take powerful supplements.

 

  • Avoid eating snacks or second taking.

 

  • Control your portion size and chew thoroughly.

 

  • Avoid artificial sweeteners or artificial anything.

 

  • Get plenty of sunshine.

 

  • Connect with earth. Walk barefeet.
